By browsing this website (psoft.solutions) or engaging PSoft Info Solutions ("PSoft", "we", "us", or "our") for software development, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, or BPO services, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms.
PSoft Info Solutions provides technical consulting, custom development, cloud engineering, cybersecurity assessments, and business process outsourcing. Specific project deliverables, timelines, milestones, and payment terms are defined in individual statements of work (SOW) or service agreements signed with the client.
Custom deliverables created specifically for clients are assigned according to the respective project contract upon receipt of full payment. PSoft Info Solutions retains all rights to its pre-existing tools, libraries, internal frameworks, and general know-how.
Both parties agree to protect and maintain confidential information exchanged during consultations or contract execution with the same degree of care used to protect their own proprietary data.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, PSoft Info Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from downtime, network failures, or third-party service outages.
